The Jamaica Pegasus rate of J$80,000 a day for a ten-person room without AV is the benchmark carried in the original HelloHOME proposal. It has not been confirmed against a current quote, so treat it as a starting point rather than a fact. No hotel or club in Kingston publishes a boardroom day rate. Add venues as quotes come back, and note the date each one was given.
